God has called us to Go & Make disciples wherever we are, in whatever we are doing. This missional effort is intended to bring the light and love of Christ into all the world...even our workplaces.
Many people invest 40-50 hours a week in their vocation. They want to have an impact and want to be a witness for Jesus, but might not know where to start.
We’re building a program that will culminate in participants being commissioned to serve and lead in their workplaces. With trainings, cohorts and action plans, this workplace commissioning is going to change the temperature of intentionality in Michiana’s workplaces.
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.

So, how do we become more intentional with infusing God’s truth and hope where people are? How can we help establish God’s Kingdom Culture throughout other organizations in our community?
We believe God is leading us as a church to offer strategic planning and training around being disciples and making disciples in our workplaces. This means learning to hear God’s voice, obeying His leadership and living fully surrendered as we invite those around us to follow Jesus with us.
If God was leading our business, school, team or organization, what would that look like? What might need to change to be more aligned to God’s way of leading?”
