1. Read the Lord’s prayer each day.
2. Memorize Romans 12:2 for the month.

Go out of your way to do something kind for someone each day.

Start or end your day with 15 minutes of Scripture or prayer.

Add an additional 10-15 minutes of intentional movement to your day and talk to God about one thing you’re grateful for while you do it.
