How did you first come to GCC? Why did you stay?
I’m one of the very few outside hires. Rob Wegner was one of my best friends in college and it was he that contacted me in 2003 when this position opened.

What book has changed you the most?
John Ortberg’s If You Want to Walk on Water You’ve Got to Get Out of the Boat. That book ultimately began my search for a different career path which led to working at GCC.

What place you would like to visit before you die, and why?
I would so love to go into orbit around the Earth on the shuttle. The beauty of our planet from space is truly inspiring.
