What safety protocols are in place?

Safety is our top priority. We have strict check-in and check-out procedures, background checks for all volunteers and prioritize a secure environment monitored by our on-site security team to ensure that your child is safe while participating in our programs.

What age groups are included?

Granger Kids serves children from birth through 5th grade. We have tailored programs for each age group, to ensure that every child receives age-appropriate teaching and support, helping them grow in their understanding of God.

How can parents get involved?

Parents are encouraged to get involved in Granger Kids by volunteering, attending events and participating in family activities throughout the year. We believe that partnership with parents is essential for the spiritual growth of children.

What happens the first time we come?

Stop at the Granger Kids' check-in desk just inside the main entrance. We'll get your family in our secure system, print your tags and walk you to your child's room. Let the adventure begin!

What can my child expect on their first visit?

On their first visit, your child and family will be welcomed by friendly volunteers who will guide you through the check-in process. Kids from infants up through fifth-grade will participate in engaging activities, learn about God through stories and make new friends in a fun and safe environment.

What about allergies and medical needs?

If your child has a food allergy or medical condition we need to know about, please inform the room leader at drop-off. Any food used in the room will be posted at the drop-off location.

Can I stay with my child?

Your child will have an amazing hour in their age-appropriate, safe and engaging room with loving volunteers, so that you are free to experience the service and connect with God.

What about my older children?

Granger Student Ministries (GSM) gathers on Sunday afternoons and evenings at the Granger Campus and Wednesday evenings at the Elkhart Campus during the school year.

In the year ahead, Preschool rooms will emphasize helping children recognize, trust and celebrate God, while building a foundational understanding of His power, love and care for them. Elementary rooms will focus on practical faith skills such as: hearing from God, praying to God, talking about God and living for Him!

There are three main things we offer that kids today are NOT getting anywhere else. First, we offer a relationship with someone not in their family that is safe, can be trusted and will speak truth about God to them in a loving way. Second, we are committed to helping kids take their next steps toward Christ together in a way that they will understand, enjoy and be able to use in their real life right away! Third, we are unashamedly FOR families; in fact, it is strategic in all that we do. We understand that there is no greater influence on the spiritual development of a child than their family—whatever your family looks like.
